Nick Wills is the sole Director of Strategic Security Group, Electro-Guard, Eagle Alarms Northern, Armed Alarms, Alarm Repairs Auckland, Alpha Security, and CCTV Group Aotearoa — a portfolio of trusted security brands operating across New Zealand.

A Level 3 Licensed Senior Security Technician and Consultant, Nick began his career at 18 and was among the first in New Zealand to complete the Security Installer Level 3 apprenticeship. Over two decades later, he is recognised as a leading figure in the electronic security industry.

In 2014, Nick founded Alpha Security in Taupō, which quickly grew into one of the region’s most respected security providers. In 2021, Alpha Security merged with Strategic Security Group, and Nick assumed leadership of the expanded company. Under his direction, the Group has rapidly scaled, delivering large-scale commercial security installations, nationwide servicing contracts, and advanced integrated security solutions.

With deep technical knowledge in alarms, access control, and CCTV systems, Nick is passionate about innovation, performance, and delivering world-class security outcomes. His leadership continues to drive the Strategic Security Group and its partner brands toward excellence in protecting New Zealand’s homes, businesses, and communities.
